Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Condition of Items
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted.
How to Return
- WhatsApp or email us with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
- Pack the item carefully and ship it to the address we provide.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit — your choice.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
